                Sorry that I was not able to post yesterday but I was unable to access the blog. Therefore I will post about the past two days. Yesterday we debate our first two debates and on both of the all of the judges votes (3). Today we did the limited preparation time topics in which we were told the resolved 45 min. before the debate and were not allowed to use any sort of evidence. Largely due to a lack of experience and a training that focused primarily on arguments with strong facts, we lost both debates with a split ballot of 2 (votes against us): 1 (vote for us). We also did our fifth debate today that was based on our second prepared topic. Unlike the other debates we did not receive the results of our final debate yet we believe we did fine. We are having a great time and are doing very well so far we hope to move forward in this debate tournament.
