Cultural Expo, Part 1

In the evenings during the Youth Forum, social activities are planned to increase intercultural awareness and interaction. One of these social activities, traditionally one of the highlights of the Youth Forum, is the Cultural Expo night. Quote:

...[T]he Cultural Expo Night is a true festival of the tremendous diversity of cultures present at the Youth Forum. The Cultural Expo Night presents participants with the opportunity to show things about their country to the other participants. It is an exhibition of anything that is typical for one’s land, cultures and inhabitants – food, drinks, ... typical items, clothing, pictures, music, etc. The night usually ends with dancing and singing together on music that many of you have not heard before.
To that effect, Brother Rice has themed its cultural expo nights on the State of Michigan and the City of Detroit, to present a unique sub-culture within the United States. One of the aspects of this presentation will be two PowerPoint presentations, showcasing Michigan and Detroit. The Detroit PowerPoint is posted below:
